The Advantage Realty Agent Network has an unbeatable combination of talents and skills, and collectively they preform as a unit to perfect the art of marketing and selling property, whether it be a new home, a vacation home, land, farm, lake lot or investment property. We cover the areas of Lake Wedowee, Roanoke and surrounding areas in East Central Alabama.
Leisel Caldwell with over 25+ years experience in real estate sales and development, continues to work the real estate market specializing in
commercial real estate, second homes and investment properties. She has also taken on the task of mentoring to new agents. She hand picked the agents based on their strengths and continues to mold them into successful, knowledgeable agents who will work well together. Leisel also oversees the five websites Advantage Realty uses. She makes sure the most up-to-date information is available for buyers and sellers in the area. She prides herself on her market knowledge and shares that information on a constant basis with her agents and clients.
Kelly Caldwell joined her mother’s company in 2005 and focused on residential real estate from the start. She hit the ground running with 10 transactions of her own in 2006 and assisted her mother with 35 more. While real estate is still new to Kelly, she uses her previous experience to give her an edge in the area’s real estate market. She spent six years in journalism before joining Advantage Realty and knows how and where to market property to get the most exposure for her sellers. Her knowledge encompasses second homes on the lake and first-time home buyers in the county. Kelly takes pride in handling the details of closing the deal and continues her relationship with her clients after the sale is complete.
Rob Lee grew up on a cattle farm and has hunted virtually every type of wild game in Alabama. Having worked the land for so long, Rob continues his passion by focusing on rural land for the Network. His knowledge of farm land and hunting tracts allows Rob to advise his clients on how to market their property for the best results . He understands how to prepare property to sell and gives his sellers the advice they need to make tracts more attractive to buyers with simple solutions. Rob also uses his knowledge to help buyers pick the best tract for their needs.
Robert Cantrell joined Advantage Realty Network in January, 2007. As a successful buyer and seller of property on Lake Wedowee, he offers an investor insight to the group. Cantrell discovered Lake
Wedowee in 2004 when he bought property from Advantage Realty and has since “traveled up every cove and channel looking for the next buy.” Cantrell has decided to share his knowledge of the lake with clients looking to buy or sell. Cantrell’s goal is to help his clients buy property at a fair and reasonable price. Cantrell lives in Newnan with his wife Carol and they have one son, John Robert.
