There is no doubt my wife and I chose absolutely the most probably worst time in Lake Wedowee's history to place our home on the market. Knowing that, and given so many negative facts in this current market, both nationally, and on the lake, we went ahead with our decisions and chose The Caldwell's and Advantage Realty. We had enjoyed such a wonderful experience just two years ago when we made Wedowee our full time home, and over those 24 months we grew and came to know our Realtors.
Our "selling" experience was just as much or maybe even more pleasant to our "buying" experience those two short years ago. But, what a rapid change of events which today dictates so many features of the area and lake homes. Not to mention the chaotic financial and mortgage crises our country now experiences, but so many local factors such as the extremely unusual low water levels at Wedowee; and so many prospective buyers have so many beautiful homes to choose from.
